About the Role
We're looking for a driven and collaborative Project Manager to join our Newcastle team, delivering meaningful projects across the tertiary and higher education sectors. This role involves working on a range of projects across universities and education facilities, shaping spaces that support learning, innovation, and community. You will be supported by experienced leaders and will gain exposure to end‐to‐end project delivery from planning through to completion.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with institutional clients to deliver high‐quality, functional, and sustainable projects and supporting client‐side delivery.
About You
* 4-7 years of experience in property project management, with exposure to tertiary/higher education or other institutional projects.
* Tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience with building services, building envelope, or asset/facility upgrades is highly regarded.
* On‐site construction and Workplace Health & Safety knowledge are strong advantages.
* Proven experience in a client‐side consultancy or similar environment.
* A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high‐quality outcomes.
