Job Title: Field Service Coordinator
We are seeking a professional to coordinate, manage & schedule all field service activities for our technicians in line with industry standards.
This role involves coordinating with multiple parties, ensuring that jobs are run efficiently and providing genuine product support to customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all department activities meet health and safety standards.
* Supporting the Service Manager in coordinating work-in-progress jobs and ensuring accurate invoicing.
* Maintaining work-in-progress jobs under 30 days.
* Managing warranty work-in-progress and campaigns to ensure successful claims.
* Issuing appropriate documents and instructions to remote workers.
* Maximising labour output using ICT systems.
* Demonstrating a thorough understanding of safe work practices and contributing to a zero-harm culture.
* Administering timekeeping and timesheets.
* Providing friendly, timely and professional responses to customers.
* Notifying customers of delivery date changes and job progress updates.
* Ensuring employees and contractors adhere to OH&S requirements.
* Providing technical and product information to staff and customers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Current drivers' license.
* Strong customer service ability.
* Ability to schedule and delegate tasks.
* Strong communication skills.
* Team player with high attention to detail.
* Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge/skill.
