Senior Care Team Lead Role
The Senior Care Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services across multiple retirement villages. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team to provide exceptional support to residents.
About the Position
* Key responsibilities include managing budgets, resourcing, and service quality across multiple sites.
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
This position also involves promoting continuous improvement and resident engagement, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and lead a multidisciplinary care team to deliver safe and person-centred home care services.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service quality and resident outcomes.
* Collaborate with Village Managers, care teams, families, and external providers to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
* Travel between village locations required, must have own driving license and vehicle.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work)
Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
