As both businesses continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across both organisations.
About the Role
This is a senior HR leadership position responsible for developing and driving the people strategy across Bluey Mobile Health Group and LuxeMed.
You will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to build a high-performance culture, oversee workforce planning, manage employee relations matters, and ensure best-practice HR systems and compliance frameworks are maintained.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working autonomously, influencing business outcomes, and helping organisations scale successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Provide expert advice to the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning and people management.
Drive organisational culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Manage employee relations matters, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development.
Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Modern Awards, National Employment Standards, and workplace policies.
Manage workplace conflict resolution and coaching for managers.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Lead recruitment strategies across clinical, administrative, sales, and operational teams.
Oversee onboarding and probation processes.
Develop talent acquisition pipelines for future growth.
Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and recruitment partners.
Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain HR compliance across both businesses.
Oversee employment contracts, policies, procedures, and employee records.
Manage HR-related audits and accreditation requirements.
Ensure workforce compliance requirements are current, including police checks, registrations, vaccinations, and training records.
HR Systems & Reporting
Develop and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting.
Monitor workforce metrics including turnover, recruitment, retention, absenteeism, and engagement.
Prepare HR reports and recommendations for senior management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR management or business partnering role.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work legislation.
Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and confidently influence business leaders.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Highly Desirable
Experience within healthcare, aged care, NDIS, disability services, or community services.
Experience supporting multi-site workforces.
Experience implementing HR systems and organisational change initiatives.
Strong understanding of NDIS compliance requirements, workforce screening obligations, and quality and safeguarding frameworks.
Experience managing workforce compliance within NDIS-registered organisations, including worker screening, incident management, mandatory training, audits, and regulatory requirements.
