Opportunity
We are excited to welcome applications for Casual Production Operators at ARYZTA's brand‐new, state‐of‐the‐art industrial bakery opening in Nambeelup, WA. Multiple positions are available.
As a Casual Production Operator you will support the Team Leader on the production line ensuring best practice and standards. You will be flexible with your availability especially for early morning shifts and weekend work.
The casual roles offer a strong perspective to step into a permanent role with our company on the longer term.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Food manufacturing in a fast‐paced environment
* Machine operation
* Packing finished products
* Display the ARYZTA Core Values (Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care)
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Production Operator in a food manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
* Good communication skills
* Team player
* Proven machine operation experience (advantage)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical work abilityAvailability across the week including weekend, and availability on short notice
Full training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate willingness to learn, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the bakery industry.
