About the Role
You will be promoting our key vaccine brands across the Perth Central Territory. This role offers clear growth opportunities and meaningful impact while supporting early disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities
* Ownership and accountability to achieve territory business objectives for promoted medicines
* Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to the brand strategy and critical success factors
* Work collaboratively with peers to drive excellent execution within day‐to‐day responsibilities of the Sales Representative role
* Track territory performance, manage expenses, and report outcomes to meet targets
* Ensure sales activities adhere to all relevant industry and GSK codes for promotion and business ethics
* Live the GSK values and demonstrate behavioural expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or a related field
* At least 12 months of field‐based sales experience or a similar customer‐facing role
* Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, ideally in primary care or hospital settings
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for in‐person and virtual engagement
* Full state driving licence and ability to travel within your territory, including regional travel
* Demonstrated resilience, coachability and a growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical or broader healthcare sector
* Familiarity with interpreting clinical evidence and research studies
* Proven ability to plan and deliver territory growth strategies
* Comfortable using digital tools for virtual detailing and CRM systems
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Working Model
The Sales Representative role is field‐based and requires regular in‐person customer visits. Regular regional travel within your territory is required.
