About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Intervention Teacher to join our multidisciplinary team.
You'll work collaboratively with families, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists to design and deliver engaging learning programs that help each child reach their NDIS goals.
This role is ideal for a teacher who loves hands-on, individualised learning and wants to make a meaningful difference beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver personalised educational and developmental programs aligned with NDIS goals.
* Support children to build communication, literacy, numeracy, social, and life skills.
* Collaborate with families and allied health professionals to ensure consistency and progress.
* Adapt learning strategies for clients with Autism, Down syndrome, developmental delay, and sensory needs.
* Maintain accurate notes, reports, and progress documentation.
* Provide learning strategies families can use at home and in community settings.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood, Primary, or Special Education).
* Minimum 2 years' experience supporting children with disability or additional needs.
* Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and First Aid Certificate.
* Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Desirable:
* Experience in early intervention, NDIS environments, or special education settings.
* Knowledge of evidence-based teaching and assistive technologies.
