We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at the Beekeepers Table, located in the beautiful town of Echuca, Victoria. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and providing outstanding customer service in our thriving hospitality establishment, Beekeepers Table.
What you'll be doing
Preparing a range of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standards
Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintaining a clean and well‑organised work area
Restocking and replenishing coffee and bar supplies as needed
Providing input and suggestions to improve coffee and beverage offerings
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast‑paced hospitality setting
Excellent coffee‑making skills and knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
Relevant food handling and barista training certificates
