About Our Client
Our client operates within the Bowen Basin and is committed to delivering safe and efficient mining operations. Sonoma Mine is a well-established site offering structured systems and long-term opportunities for experienced operators.
What You Will Be Doing
* Operating mining equipment in a production environment
* Roles available across haul trucks and ancillary equipment
* Operating excavators for production loading tasks
* Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining equipment standards
* Working safely to meet site and production requirements
What You Will Need
* Minimum 2 years' experience on a coal mine site
* Minimum haul truck experience on CAT 777
* Experience in one of the below skill sets:
* Single Skilled Operators
* Multi-Skilled Operators (Truck + 2 skills)
* Excavator Operators
* Current Standard 11
* Current Coal Board Medical
* Ability to pass a police check
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
