The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand narrative through compelling visual content, driving engagement, and supporting our overall marketing objectives. The Marketing Specialist assists the Marketing team in driving buyer demand generation and growth through the development, implementation, management and measurement of multi-platform, multichannel buyer campaigns.
You will collaborate with the Marketing team, product, sales and leadership teams - taking initiative and ownership to strategize targeted integrated marketing campaigns leveraging a wide array of tactics in the marketing mix, delivering high demand and increasing new buyer engagement.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage activities which support business growth.
* Participate in the administration of marketing budgets and coordinate and execute a range of marketing activities including online tactics such as email, social media, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Pay Per Click advertising (PPC); as well as offline tactics such as print, radio and TV advertising and direct mail.
* Assist in driving national, regional, and local marketing plans and campaigns to support revenue objectives and grow the customer base in our primary industry sectors.
* Serve as a liaison across departments and functional groups to articulate buyer demand based on equipment and industry specifications.
* Research and analyze relevant internal and external data in order to develop market insights and recommendations for review by various stakeholders.
* Ensure the coordination and follow through the execution of all the campaigns across all platforms and media.
* Produce compelling visual content - including videography, photography, and digital assets - tailored to key industry sectors and optimised for digital and social media channels.
* Plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of events, conferences, and trade shows, including attendance where required.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in film, photography, marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience within Marketing.
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) and photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and business performance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in drone operation and aerial photography/videography.
* Experience in motion graphics and animation.
* Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing best practices.
* Experience with content management systems (CMS).
* Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
