Accounts Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely reconciliation of financial data on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
* Collaborate with the finance manager to develop and implement financial reports and ad-hoc projects that drive business growth and profitability.
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
* Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to facilitate effective communication and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Support the development of financial software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial management.
About You:
* A minimum of a diploma in accounting with at least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Advanced excel skills and experience with financial software are essential for success in this role.
