In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Business Consultant specializing in our Human Resources and Payroll product to join our high performing Application Managed Consulting (AMS) team.

What you'll be doing...
As a Business Consultant, your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Deliver high quality consulting services across customer projects and programmes, including solution design, configuration, design verification, and testing support, ensuring deliverables align with project scope and requirements.
* Manage project documentation and commercial processes using internal tools (e.g. consulting reports, change requests, proposals, estimates) while maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Proactively identify and elevate risks, commercial issues, and technical challenges through standard processes to safeguard customer outcomes and overall project success.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by supporting customers to understand their business needs, guiding them through the customer journey, and ensuring contracted commitments are delivered.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback to Product, Industry and Consulting Enablement teams, and support less experienced consultants in developing their product knowledge and consulting capability.
* Sound knowledge of TechnologyOne's Human Resources and Payroll (HRP) products, or strong functional expertise in similar HR/Payroll ERP solutions.
* Previous experience working with TechnologyOne HRP or comparable enterprise systems will be highly regarded.
* Strong customer centric mindset – you advocate for the customer, guide them through their journey, and consistently deliver a compelling experience.
* Experience working in a consulting or advisory capacity, ideally within SaaS, ERP or HR/Payroll environments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, lead discussions, and build trusted customer relationships.
