Responsibilities
* Lead patient management decisions
* Practise broad General Paediatrics
* Run outpatient clinics
* Manage inpatient admissions
* Provide neonatal and paediatric consultation services
* Participate in Hospital in the Home programs
* Supervise and teach junior doctors and trainees
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement
