Ticketing

Operations

* Collaborate with stakeholders to determine staffing levels for security, ushers, and casual event staff.
* Coordinate car parking lists for VIPs, sponsors, players, referees, staff, media, and broadcasters.

Finance & Administration

* Prepare, track, and reconcile event budgets and costs, ensuring financial accountability.
* Manage reconciliation of venue and event day expenses.
* Collate and track all post-event debrief items from functional areas and event partners.

Stakeholder, Fan & Sponsor Engagement

* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders departments and community and fan experience teams from the clubs to implement match day activities.
* Work with sponsors to deliver contractual activations and promotional activities.
* Respond to enquiries, complaints, or feedback relating to the event experience.
