Responsibilities
* Support the dispatch supervisor to ensure all orders are dispatched on time and in full.
* Check orders and ensure they are picked correctly.
* Maintain the transport pick and dispatch system.
* Attend to gate to ensure all vehicles exiting the branch are leaving with the correct supplies.
* Liaise with other staff about any issues regarding deliveries and pick‐ups.
* Assist with loading/unloading of trucks as required.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Capability to undertake physical tasks safely.
* Ability to navigate computers and systems.
* Good organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
