The opportunityBDA is seeking a Production Quality and Safety Management System (QSMS) Senior Leader to manage and advance quality and safety standards within the MQ-28 program through actively engaging stakeholders to promote and highlight our commitment to delivering safe and quality products and services.The Boeing MQ28 - Ghost Bat is a globally-significant program that will deliver a disruptive advantage to support Defence operational capabilities. Developed in partnership with the Royal Australian Air Force, it is the first military combat aircraft to be designed, manufactured and assembled in Australia in 50 years.The ideal candidate for this role offers relevant experience and a passion for Quality and Product and Services Safety in a production environment. As well as ongoing leadership of quality and safety, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maturation MQ-28's QSMS, working closely with key stakeholders to elevate quality and safety in preparation for full-scale production. This senior organisational role is suitable for an experienced leader that can exercise a pragmatic approach to effectively navigate a complex development program operating in a highly technical, innovative, and regulated environment.
