Responsible for a team of Product Manager’s and Sales Professionals, build value for customers and drive profitable growth in key strategic markets, through effective collaboration and strong operational execution. Key to success will be developing a customer centric, strong team with a focus to commercial excellence.What will you do?Develop and implement effective portfolio and commercial strategy to achieve financial targets, capture share gain in strategic markets, and build long term customer value.Work effectively and collaboratively with marketing and technical service and support teams to implement growth strategies, creating demand and driving new business.Engage with the market and key customers to identify trends and opportunities, and to understand competitive dynamics in order to optimize short and long term business outcomes.Keys to Success:Formal qualifications are required, including a Science degree.
