What You'll Do
* Define and lead our go‐to‐market strategy across Australia.
* Build deep, strategic relationships with enterprise and mid‐market clients.
* Partner cross‐functionally with Solutions, Ops, and Product teams to deliver tailored, high‐impact proposals.
* Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador — at events, in meetings, and on every call.
* Inspire, recruit, and mentor a high‐performance sales team as we grow.

* A senior sales leader with 8+ years of success in BPO or outsourcing — and the track record to prove it.
* An entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in fast‐paced, high‐growth environments.

* Deeply familiar with the Australian business landscape — and passionate about driving outcomes that matter.
