Community Outreach Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Community Outreach Specialist to build strong connections with local communities, support community development, lead partnerships, engage stakeholders, and ensure services meet needs while creating positive experiences for children and families.
This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating service coordination initiatives, supported by project management and analytical skills. A comprehensive understanding of the Children and Family Services sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement
* Lead partnership initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
* Design and implement service coordination initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of children and families
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in social work, community development, public policy, or related discipline
* Current Driver's Licence
* Demonstrated experience in service coordination and partnerships development
