About the Role
As an Assistant Educator or Trainee Educator, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with daily routines, including meals, rest times, and indoor and outdoor play
* Observing and documenting children's learning and development
* Working collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care
* Contributing to a positive centre culture that reflects the values of Jelly Tots
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine passion for working with children
* Brings positivity, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
* Communicates effectively with children, families, and team members
* Values teamwork and collaboration
* Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth
* Holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
* Holds or is willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
* Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or is willing to undertake traineeship studies
