About the Roles Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a variety of healthcare settings including medical centres, community health services, and hospitals. You will manage a broad scope of presentations, working collaboratively with clinical teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general practice care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement treatment and management plans
Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care
Deliver preventive healthcare and patient education
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
