The Role
Working in the Customer Service team, this role reports to the Team Leader, responsible for both domestic and export customers.
Duties
Manage customer expectations
Process orders, invoices and credits
Coordinate sales orders with the inventory and dispatch teams
Respond to customer enquiries
Assist Sales Team when required
Skills and Experience
Administration experience with a customer service focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Experience with an ERP system.
Order processing experience highly regarded
