Oversee all operations of switchboard manufacturing Project manage Communicate with management, tradespeople, apprentices, customers and suppliers Build and maintain customer relationships to a high level ensuring a clear understanding of client needs/requirements Manage client satisfaction and progress Procurement of switchgear for projects to ensure all products are delivered to workshop to meet deadlines Ensures multiple projects are running well and on time QA testing of all switchboards produced Monday to Friday – with overtime available Fast paced working environment The person:
Electrical license Thorough knowledge of Australian Standards and regulations Ability to lead and manage tradesmen and apprentices Knowledge of or experience in electrical switchboards Ability to work to deadlines Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings Hard working, reliable and motivated Able to prioritise tasks Transport to and from work Ability to work overtime when required
