About the Role
As a Property Management Assistant, you will be integral to supporting daily operations of our village.
You conduct thorough inspections, compile comprehensive reports, manage maintenance requests, process leases, applications and bond transactions efficiently. You communicate with tenants and stakeholders in a professional manner, perform administrative tasks including data entry, and support WHSEQ practices to maintain a safe workplace.

What We Require
A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, strong customer service and communication skills, solid administrative skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, collaborative mindset and commitment to our values.
