Administrative Support Officer
This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality reception services and supporting the smooth operation of the Trauma Informed Services department. You will be the first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and visitors to the centre, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in administrative operations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work professionally with all levels of staff and members of the public, maintaining confidentiality and high standards of professionalism. Additionally, you will have the ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with people and supporting the well-being of Victim Survivors of sexual assault. They will have the capacity to interact professionally with staff and clients, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a commitment to the trauma-informed care framework.
