As an Office Administrator, your duties will include:Prepare & issue invoices for services rendered, ensuring accuracy with capturing all items that need to be billed out.Accounts Payable – entering invoices for payment, maintaining accurate financial transactionsAnswering phone calls & responding to inquiries.
So must have a high level of customer service.Communicating clearly with both the team and customers regarding the jobs.Monitor & adjust job schedules for mechanics.
Ensuring optimal use of technician time & resources.Ordering parts, including maintaining relationships with suppliersMaintain inventory levels & ensure timely delivery of partsSupport management when neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious office experience preferably in the Marine industryAccounts experienceStrong organizational skills & attention to detailProficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Xero & or ServiceM8 experience would be an advantageAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentStrong work ethic — self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
