The Role:
The Digital Marketing Associate will sit within their Sydney marketing team, reporting to the Head of Communications and Customer Experience. You will own the day-to-day execution of the digital marketing strategy for Australia, working across email, SEO/SEM, website content management, lead generation and product launches.
This is not a narrow channel role. There is real scope to get across the full marketing function, contribute to campaigns with genuine commercial impact, and build expertise in one of the most interesting sectors in financial services right now.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage website content and drive ongoing CMS updates
* Plan and implement SEO and SEM campaigns
* Design, build and distribute email marketing campaigns via marketing automation platforms
* Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns including personalisation
* Support the launch of new investment products and funds
* Coordinate webinars, roadshows and event sponsorship activity
* Provide broader support across marketing and communications as required
What You'll Bring:
* 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience, agency or in-house
* Hands‐on experience across email marketing, GA4, SEO/SEM and CRM platforms
* Familiarity with CMS platforms, Optimizely highly regarded
* Experience in financial services or funds management is a strong advantage
* A genuine interest in investing or financial markets is essential for this role
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn across all areas of marketing
