Your current role
As a HVAC Estimator, youll play a pivotal role in shaping high-performance mechanical systems from concept to completion. Youll be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC projects across diverse sectors
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical data
- Collaborating with engineering and construction teams to ensure feasibility and compliance
- Supporting project delivery through cost analysis and value engineering
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, youll bring:
- Proven experience in HVAC estimating within the construction or mechanical services industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and installation practices
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines under pressure
