CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our client working on commercial construction projects based in Darwin, NT. This role will suit a hands-on Site Supervisor with strong experience in commercial building delivery, ideally within Design & Construct (D&C) environments. Our client delivers projects ranging from commercial fit-outs through to new builds valued up to $20M and is seeking someone who can lead site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour and materials Monitor project programmes and construction schedules Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards Manage site inductions, permits and compliance requirements Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture Coordinate defect rectification and handover activities Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project stakeholders Report on project progress, risks and site performance Our Ideal Candidate: Trade qualified, preferably Carpentry Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction Strong Design & Construct (D&C) project experience Experience delivering commercial fit-outs and new build projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships Strong commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes Current White Card and Driver's Licence What We Can Offer: Salary starting at $140,000 per annum Super Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional development Long-term permanent opportunity with a strong pipeline of work Diverse commercial projects ranging from $500k to $20M Supportive team culture with genuine career growth opportunities How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Site Supervision, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
