SEE Program Training Coordinator

Permanent Full-time position

Fremantle, with responsibilities across Fremantle, Cannington, Kwinana, Rockingham and Mandurah

The role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEE Program Training Coordinator to support the leadership of high-quality training and assessment delivery within our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

In this pivotal role, you will support day-to-day training operations, lead trainers and ensure outstanding participant outcomes while meeting contractual and compliance requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.

To be successful in this role, we are keen to hear from people who are interested in further developing or can demonstrate the following:

* Proven ability to coach, support, motivate training and assessment teams to achieve high performance outcomes
* Strong understanding of the VET Quality Framework, RTO Standards, and government-funded program requirements
* Experience coordinating training delivery, assessment, validation and moderation activities
* Demonstrated ability to interpret complex contracts and translate requirements into effective service delivery
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Highly developed communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confidence in building strong relationships with internal teams, participants, and external stakeholders
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision‐making capability
* Experience in supporting compliance, audits, and continuous improvement processes
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment
* Commitment to delivering high-quality participant outcomes and maintaining service excellence

Essential requirements

* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
* Extensive experience in training services or similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of the VET Quality Framework and government contracts
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
* Current Driver's Licence
* National Police Clearance

* Salary sacrificing benefits, including Fringe Benefit Tax exempt payments of up to $15,900 per annum (Full-Time and Part-Time positions only)
* Motor Vehicle or Motor Vehicle allowance
* A two-week structured and supported induction program
* Extensive on the job training, up to six months
* Established and supportive management and governance teams
