Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The award - winning Crown Spa, located within the award-winning Crown Towers Perth, is seeking a passionate and experienced **Assistant Spa Manager** to support the delivery of a world-class luxury spa and wellness experience.**About the Role**In this leadership position, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Crown Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving team performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence.You'll be a visible leader, fostering a high-performing team and delivering personalised, luxury service aligned with Crown's brand standards.**Key Responsibilities*** Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across therapists, hosts and attendants* Deliver personalised luxury service, manage VIP interactions, and resolve guest feedback effectively* Drive revenue growth across treatments and retail through upselling and team engagement* Manage labour, rosters, inventory and costs to optimise operational and financial performance* Uphold compliance with health and safety standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risk* Support training, marketing initiatives and maintain Crown's service, brand and safety standards**About You*** Proven leadership experience in a 5-star luxury spa or similar environment* Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams* Strong conflict resolution skills* Demonstrated experience driving revenue, managing costs and working with financial metrics* Exceptional guest service skills with a passion for delivering personalised experiences* High level of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail* Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills* Experience with spa or hotel systems (e.g. Book4Time, Opera, Micros) and adept in Microsoft Office skills* Relevant qualifications in beauty, massage, health or spa management preferred**What We Offer*** Opportunity to work within one of Australia's leading luxury resorts* Career development and progression opportunities* A collaborative and inclusive team environment Access to Crown employee benefits and discountsOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
