Key Responsibilities
* Reading and interpreting plans and measurements for carpentry projects
* Installing timber flooring, skirting boards, trims and finishing materials
* Measuring, cutting and fitting timber and other materials using hand and power tools
* Preparing work areas and surfaces before installation
* Constructing and repairing timber structures and fittings
* Installing doors, windows, wall panels and related fixtures
* Building and installing cabinets, wardrobes and custom joinery
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Working with supervisors and other trades on site
* Maintaining tools, equipment and clean work areas
Requirements
* More than 4 years of relevant work experience
* Flexible hours available
* Work visa will be provided
* Relevant qualification or proven carpentry experience
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
* White Card and valid driver's licence preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual and safety focused
