Overview
CardioScan is one of the world's leading cardiac diagnostics businesses, operating across eleven countries and powered by our cloud platform, Beatbox. Every day, our work helps clinicians make faster, more accurate decisions for patients whose hearts depend on it. We're now looking for a General Manager to lead our Australian business into its next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
* Full P&L accountability for the Australian sales business - revenue, margin, growth and profitability.
* A national sales strategy that delivers consistent, predictable growth across cardiac diagnostics, sleep studies, echocardiography and emerging services.
* A high-performing sales and account management team by coaching, lifting, and holding the bar.
* Salesforce as our single source of truth, driving forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility and smarter commercial decisions.
* Long-term partnerships with pathology networks and hospital groups at the executive level.
* Identification of new service lines, partnerships and acquisitions to fuel the next stage of growth.
Qualifications
* A proven track record as a senior commercial leader or General Manager delivering strong financial outcomes.
* Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in a competitive Australian market.
* Sharp commercial and strategic instincts - you can deliver the quarter and build the three-year plan.
* Real experience implementing and getting value out of Salesforce (or equivalent) and modern sales methodologies.
* M&A integration and post-deal value-creation experience would be a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with the Australian healthcare landscape (hospital and pathology networks) is advantageous but not essential.
* Outstanding stakeholder, leadership and influencing skills at executive level.
