Experience in bulk earthworks is highly regarded.
Final trim experience is not essential.
Operators must be confident working around services and in confined environments.Front-End Loader Operator — Operate front-end loaders for material handling, loading, stockpiling, and general site operations.
Robust safety awareness and solid machine control skills are required.Multi-Skilled Operator — Operate a range of machinery including loaders, rollers, skid steers, and Posi Tracks.
Must be adaptable and willing to support general site duties as needed.Civil Labourer — Assist with general civil site activities such as spotting, earthworks support, materials handling, and site cleanup.
Civil construction experience is essential.HR Licence preferred for all roles involving heavy machinery operation.
