Business Systems Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work across enterprise platforms, supporting and enhancing business systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain various software solutions including AlayaCare and Penelope systems. Coordinate with other systems such as TechnologyOne, LeeCare, and Riskonnect.
* Contribute to significant internal projects, collaborating across portfolios and aligning system configuration with best practice standards.
* Manage system upgrades, patching, and vendor coordination.
* Troubleshoot issues, improve configurations, and ensure system security measures are in place.
* Create UAT plans, user guides, and training materials for effective onboarding.
* Understand and analyze business processes to contribute to system improvements and efficiency gains.
* Support change management and assist teams in adopting new tools.
* Deliver training and ongoing support to users across the organization.
