About This Role
We are seeking an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks, coordinate tasks, and provide effective guidance and leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency and safety.
Job Description:
This role will involve ensuring site-based maintenance tasks are being achieved, delivering effective leadership through engagement, guidance, support and feedback to teams and individuals, monitoring work tasks closely and aiding in resolving any associated issues promptly. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and practices, conducting safety reviews and inspections, optimizing resource management to minimize costs effectively, encouraging innovation and employee engagement to drive continuous improvement in work practices, and meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a strong approach to safety.
Requirements:
* 3+ Years Experience in a similar role Section 26 Qualification (Essential) Australian Recognised Trade Qualification (Mobile Mechanical or Automotive Electrical preferred)
* Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of all employees Strong interpersonal and communication skills Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (NPC)
