Base pay range
A$75,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr

Brand Manager
We are searching for a Brand Manager to support our growing category team. The successful candidate will lead the development of FMCG & Lifestyle products for a portfolio of brands including sensory, packaging, marketing assets, go-to-market plans and analysis of performance. Your days will involve liaising with key clients and licensed partners developing business plans, monitoring licensed partner performance and ensuring these programs reflect our clients brand values.
To be successful in this role you are open and candid with a love for attention to detail. Ideally you have experience with a food/FMCG business or have a passion for product & brands. Each day will bring new & exciting opportunities to apply your knowledge and insights. We understand there may be some gaps; you will be supported by the team to help you grow & succeed.
Responsibilities
* Managing and analysing the performance of licensed partners including review of royalty/sales reports, development of business plans and NPD pipelines with a view to growing and doing more with their business, pitching new opportunities.
* Supporting the day-to-day relationship with key clients, ensuring the business is up to date on brand team priorities and objectives and aligned with licensing program strategy.
* Managing approvals & sensory for licensed FMCG & Lifestyle products, packaging & marketing assets by preparing & delivering influential presentations to gain client approval.
* Coordinating the setup of licensing partners with any required flavour / assets so they can begin product development.
* Creation of brand decks, client reports and category direction.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience with food / FMCG / Lifestyle businesses or similar industries which are process driven.
* Super organised and detail oriented with strong written skills and experience writing business / brand content.
* Demonstrate a positive & professional communication style with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to influence decision making.
* Excellent ability with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM.
