Program Management and Housing Expert
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager with a focus on housing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, pest control, property, commercial warehousing, leasing services, website development/maintenance, customer service, and property management services.
About the Role
* Experience working in facilities operations, maintenance, and support services where continuous availability of facility infrastructure is essential.
* Demonstrate strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills.
* Host Nation Real Estate Agent and Business License (or a mutually recognized equivalent) is required.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in business concepts, accounting principles, and project cost and budgetary oversight. They should possess advanced understanding of Host Nation Real Estate regulatory compliance, including Real Estate Trust Account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Execution of SOW within the cost and on schedule.
* Maintaining community of support during Contractor personnel change.
* Interfacing with Contractor Officer (CO), COTR, and Chief of Facilities.
* Delivering all contract requirements.
* Managing subcontracts and ensuring performance and conduct of subcontractor personnel.
Requirements
* A degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a similar Business-related study from an accredited college or university.
* Five (5) years of experience working in Project Management, Real Estate, or a similar Business-related field, preferably on other Government-sponsored programs of facility management operations.
What You'll Do
1. Oversee the planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business and product line strategies.
2. Safeguard project outcomes by strategizing and allocating funds for risk mitigation.
3. Communicate effectively with all customers, maintaining a transparent and proactive dialogue with the Government.
Preferred Qualifications
* Five years of experience in formal management, leading a team.
* Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics.
