Role Description/Criteria
About the role: The Head of Advancement will lead the College’s Advancement strategy across enrolments, alumni engagement, community relations, partnerships and philanthropy. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how the College connects with current and prospective families, alumni and the broader community, while leading initiatives that strengthen engagement, reputation and future growth.
Responsibilities
* Leading and implementing the College’s Advancement strategy
* Driving enrolment growth, conversion and retention initiatives
* Overseeing alumni engagement and community connection programs
* Developing fundraising, partnership and sponsorship opportunities
* Leading and mentoring the Advancement team
* Using data and insights to inform strategy and decision‑making
* Working collaboratively with Marketing and College leadership to strengthen the College brand and community presence
Qualifications
* Significant experience in advancement, enrolments, stakeholder engagement, fundraising or community relations
* Proven leadership capability within complex organisations
* Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills
* Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to deliver operational outcomes
* Experience leading growth, engagement or business development initiatives
* A highly professional, collaborative and future‑focused approach
About You
The successful applicant will be a strategic and relationship‑driven leader with experience within education, not‑for‑profit or community‑based organisations, which will be highly regarded.
