Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain day-to-day infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
* Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, and Azure services
* Maintain and support Windows and Linux server environments
* Oversee database and CRM systems (SQL or similar), including configuration and troubleshooting
* Perform networking administration and support, including connectivity, firewalls, and routing fundamentals
* Contribute to IT projects, system improvements, and process documentation
* Participate in cybersecurity initiatives aligned with Essential 8 practices
Skills / Must have
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a system administration or infrastructure role
* Exposure to Microsoft cloud and on-premises technologies
* Experience administering Windows and/or Linux servers
* Working knowledge of databases or CRM platforms (SQL or similar)
* Understanding of core networking principles
* Proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies
