About the role
Our Assistant Store Managers work closely with the Store Manager in leading the team and managing daily store operations to achieve success. They coach and develop team members, live, breathe, and role‐model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers. They are safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members and customers, and set a positive example. Often they also have opening and closing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise daily store operations. Support and develop the team to ensure outstanding service is being provided to customers.
About You
* Previous supervisory experience, or readiness for the next step
* Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
* Preferably mechanical / automotive parts knowledge
* Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence
* Physical capacity to perform duties of the role, including handling heavy products
* Prioritise safety (lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving)
* Open to individuals without prior industry experience
