The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we're offering a newly created Senior Recruitment Consultant role – along with additional recruitment opportunities across our businesses.
This role is perfect for someone with labour hire or permanent recruitment experience who's a team player, but also has the energy and passion to make this role their own and drive success for both themselves and the business.
You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key part in shaping the next phase of our growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing 360 recruitment across a variety of industries (labour hire & permanent)
* Building and nurturing long-term client and candidate relationships
* Taking ownership of your pipeline – sourcing, converting, and placing
* Maintaining compliance and keeping everything organised in our CRM
* Collaborating with a high-energy, supportive team

*What You Bring*
* 4+ years' experience in recruitment (labour hire or permanent recruitment highly regarded)
* A confident communicator with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
* Organised, proactive, and strong on follow-up and admin
* Resilient, results-driven, and self-motivated
* Bonus: workforce compliance knowledge (awards, EBAs, safety)
