About The Role
We are seeking keen, hard working and safety‐conscious Apprentices to assist with our solar and battery installations. These are stable, permanent roles, with wages paid weekly.
We prefer you to have a certificate in Working Safely at Heights (or this will be paid for prior to starting employment at Always Solar), and be an organised, practical and mature‐minded person.
You must be physically fit and strong, plus able to lift and carry heavy equipment. Most of the work will be on roofs so you must be comfortable and confident working at heights and ideally have skills and experience using hand tools.
You will be a core member of the Always Solar team and be someone who communicates easily and effectively as this will be required to communicate with our office staff and tradesman electricians.
The role requires someone who has a high level of attention to detail, enjoys planning, takes pride in their work, can work independently, has a bright and positive attitude, is reliable, motivated and practical.
The right person will work together with our existing team of A‐Grade Electricians and Apprentices.
