As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties. You will also be responsible for assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support, as well as providing support with academic, social, or recreational activities.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You should also have a Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent, as well as a valid National Police Check and NSW Working with Children Check. First Aid and CPR certification are also essential.
