About the Role Amazing opportunity to join this Global Retail & Apparel Organisatiion during a period of significant growth. The successful applicant will be accountable for our client's commercial success across global online Marketplaces. By owning trading, operational excellence, and channel governance, you safeguard the brand, fuel growth and help unlock new markets and customer segments. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Strategy & Commercial Performance Own the global marketplace strategy, P&L, profitability guardrails, and growth roadmap across all platforms. Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial targets informed by forecasting and market insights. Optimise assortment, buying, and allocations by region and platform to drive sustainable GMV and margin. Lead structured performance reporting (weekly trade, MBR/QBR, KPI dashboards, A/B testing learnings). Trading, Media Performance & Assortment Strategy Lead weekly trading: forecasting, diagnosing performance drivers, and implementing corrective actions. Manage onsite performance media (Amazon Ads, ZMS) to achieve ROAS/ACOS and new to brand targets. Execute promotional and event calendars (Prime, seasonal campaigns) with margin guardrails and post event analysis. Drive keyword optimisation, organic ranking improvement, and campaign/test and learn frameworks. Content Excellence, SEO & Brand Governance Deliver premium PDPs and storefronts, ensuring rich content, A assets, SEO excellence, and platform compliance. Manage review strategy, ratings improvement, and customer trust‑building initiatives. Maintain brand governance across claims, messaging, imagery, and market‑specific regulatory requirements. Ensure consistent content delivery across global marketplaces for a unified brand experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 5 years' dedicated marketplace management experience across major platforms such as Amazon, Zalando, or similar. Demonstrated success driving marketplace sales growth, profitability, and commercial performance. Strong experience managing marketplace trading, forecasting, promotional activity, and assortment optimisation. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, marketplace advertising platforms, and marketplace analytics tools. Proven expertise in keyword optimisation, Sponsored Ads management, SEO, and content optimisation. Strong understanding of marketplace fulfilment models, inventory planning, catalogue management, and operational performance. Highly commercial, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
