About The Role
Join dnata catering & retail team as Data Analyst Food Menu & Design on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role can be based in either Brisbane or Gold Coast (Broadbeach or Coolangatta).
This role acts as the final quality checkpoint before menu specifications go live, ensuring all culinary menu data is accurate, complete, and compliant. Working closely with the Food Menu & Design Manager, this role independently reviews and validates data against approved documentation and system outputs, identifies discrepancies, and ensures issues are resolved before release.
Key Responsibilities
* Validate menu and culinary data against customer documentation, pricing and system outputs prior to release
* Perform final quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance
* Identify and raise discrepancies for correction before publication
* Support data integrity across menu specifications and BOM information
* Contribute to reducing errors, rework and operational risk through thorough review
* Work closely with the Food Menu & Design Manager and key stakeholders to resolve issues quickly
* Ensure compliance with all WHS, security and company requirements while consistently demonstrating company values
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in business, data, food science or related discipline, or 2+ years' equivalent experience
* Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, menu or data management systems) and interpreting data outputs
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data extracts and reports
* Proven ability to identify and support process improvements and implement practical controls
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across teams
* Experience with documentation, version control and maintaining audit-ready records
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to successfully complete pre-employment checks, including a National Police Check and medical assessment
