About the Role
Build your future as a Business Advisory Manager in Gosford, Central Coast. You will work closely with Partners and a high‐performing team to deliver practical, commercial outcomes for a diverse client base, while leading and developing a team.
Responsibilities
* Managing and reviewing financial statements and work papers
* Advising clients on complex accounting, tax and commercial matters
* Identifying opportunities to add value to clients' businesses
* Delivering complex tax planning and compliance services
* Managing workflow, budgets and engagement delivery
* Building strong, long‐term client relationships
* Coaching, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
* Contributing to the ongoing growth and capability of the Business Advisory team
Qualifications
* A Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major
* CA or equivalent qualification
* 5+ years' experience within Professional Services
* Previous experience managing and developing staff
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
* A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous professional development
* Business development exposure and a genuine interest in growing client relationships (highly regarded)
