What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with experienced consultants and leadership, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process including:
* Candidate sourcing and talent attraction
* Interviewing and qualifying candidates
* Writing job advertisements
* LinkedIn Recruiter and database searching
* Market mapping and talent pooling
* Reference checking and candidate management
* Client relationship management
* Business development and account growth
* Managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement
For Recruitment Resourcers and Junior Consultants, this is a genuine opportunity to develop your commercial skills and transition into managing your own clients, vacancies and accounts.
Ideal backgrounds include:
