Having recently partnered with Woolworths, it is an exciting time to join the Petstock Group Finance Team where you will assist in the delivery of accurate and timely information by maintaining our accounts and financial systems. Based in our Ballarat Support Office, you will: Trial balance review; investigating and correcting anomalies Balance sheet reconciliation Month end processing in line with set timeframes Assist with finance queries both internally and externally Preparation of bank reconciliations and related debtor entries Ensure the integrity of the fixed asset register and project subledgers Celebrate our achievements as a team with Friday afternoon drinks and monthly morning tea If you have the below experience we would love to hear from you! Undergraduate qualification in Business/Commerce/Accounting Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box A self-starter with a high level of initiative Ability to identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiencies, and assist in developing solutions Professional and confident, can articulate financial matters and convey information to those without technical training 1 years experience in a similar role in a corporate or public-practice environment (previous experience with multi-company structures is desirable) Pronto, SQL and Blackline experience is desirable although not essential If this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for and you love Pets as much as we do, apply today!
