Responsibilities
* Own end‐to‐end delivery of payroll and labour reporting across weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
* Produce restaurant and operations reporting including labour costs, wage variances, store costings and exception analysis.
* Create corporate and restaurant dashboards covering MTD, TTM, FTE, leave, parental leave and labour trends.
* Complete statutory, year‐end and external reporting requirements, including audit support.
* Analyse payroll and labour data to identify trends, anomalies and risks.
* Explain variances, drivers and impacts to non‐technical stakeholders.
* Respond to ad‐hoc analytical requests across Payroll, Finance, People and Operations.
* Translate data into actionable insights to support informed decision‐making.
* Maintain and improve payroll reporting processes, controls and documentation.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and automation.
* Design and enhance dashboards, templates and recurring reports.
* Support data quality, reconciliations and integrity across payroll and finance systems.
Key Strengths
* Strong experience in payroll and labour reporting within a complex organisation.
* Advanced Excel capability and strong data analysis skills.
* Experience working with payroll systems and ERP / finance systems.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring reporting cycles.
* Confidence working independently while partnering with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
